Good evening Legion families and community members... as our season winds down we have three (hopefully more) weeks of our season left. Most notably the Sub-State District 7 Jr. Legion tournament in Bird Island. We NEED your help running concessions, taking tickets, announcing/scoreboard, and field work. These two weeks of games will bring significant funds for our baseball program. Please help out so we can continue to keep BOLD Legion baseball one of the better programs in the state of Minnesota.

Dates/times of games: 2 games each night
Friday, July 22 5/7 PM
Tuesday, July 26 5/7 PM
Friday July 29 5/7 PM
Saturday, July 30 11 AM, possibly 1 PM if second game is forced.

Huge thanks to all the players and families that helped out this weekend at the annual Mudhen tournament. What a beautiful weekend of baseball. On tap this week: Jr. Legion is home vs KMS on Tuesday at 6 pm and then a Jr/Sr doubleheader in Sacred Heart on Thursday. First pitch 5 pm.

Hey all, all players Angels and Mudhens will have practice this Wednesday at 630 pm in Bird Island. We will hand out jerseys that night. On Thursday we will practice at 6 pm in BI. There will be a short parent meeting from 530-6 pm before practice. First Angels game tentatively set for Friday night at home. Doubleheader vs. Starbuck. Time TBD. Please bring your form to practice if you haven't turned it in already. Thanks!

The Bold Blue Angels Junior Legion season is tentatively set to start just over a week away as we host a doubleheader vs. defending D-II State Champion Starbuck next Friday, June 3rd. Start time TBD. Game is pending Minnewaska section results starting on Saturday. Please check out website for news and schedule. Players, get your contract to Joe or myself as soon as you are able.

Blue Angels look to continue their fight through the loser's bracket tomorrow night vs. NLS. First pitch set for 7 pm. Morris and KMS play before us. Hope to see you there!

Playoffs have arrived for Jr. Legion. Tuesday Bold plays at Morris at 6 pm. Win or lose we play Thursday. Likely in Litchfield or Atwater. I will try to post a bracket soon.
