The BPL is back!!

Binghamton Premier League (adult men’s basketball) will resume play June 21 over at St Joseph’s.  We will be completing the Covid-stopped spring 2020 season first, with the remaining six regular season games followed by playoffs.

League play will be Mondays and Wednesday nights like always.

Summer 2021 league (new league) will begin on July 26th..... we will start taking registrations for the Summer league in early July.

All,

At present time, We do not have enough teams to continue yet. Too many guys do not want to play in masks.

We will push our resume date back to June 1. This should give the world enough time to have everyone vaccinated, and our new facility should be open by then....hopefully the mask mandate will be removed by that time.

Either way we will push forward June 1, even if the mask mandate is still in place. Teams that choose not to resume on our June 1 date will simply be out.

In the meantime, we are holding open gyms a few times a week. If you are interested in being added to the list, please message the page.

Spring 2020 teams:

Our season is set to resume on April 19th over at OLGC. We would have to play with masks. I would like to hear from the captains on their thoughts on this. If we resume on 4/19, with masks, can you confirm your is team in? Please private message the page to let us know whether you are in for a 4/19 return in masks.

League is still Monday/Wednesday.

The alternative would be to finish in the summer, when hopefully the mask mandate has been removed.

Please give us your feedback on your team.

The Binghamton Premier basketball league is set to return to action Monday April 19th. The league will resume right where we left off from Covid and will have six regular season games remaining plus playoffs.

With recreational activities falling under Phase 4 of the NYS re-opening plan - The Binghamton Premier League is set to resume play with its Spring season on July 13th, 2020.

All,

Due to the newly announced Broome County State of Emergency, we will be suspending Spring Binghamton Premier League for a minimum of 2 weeks.

We will resume play as soon as the State of Emergency has been lifted. Any games missed will be made up as soon as we can get back on the court, and a full 10 game regular season will still be played.

Thank you all for your time and patience on this matter.
