Meet Rebecca, she is a retired Coast Guard veteran who has been pole dancing for over 15 years. A mom of two and married to her biggest fan, she is a Certified Personal Trainer, has pole certifications with Xpert 3/4, Moxie Movez, Discoveries Dance, and specialized workshops with Roz the Diva and Spotting. Most recently she co-instructed the Xscape Limitations Workshop for Adaptive Pole Instructors at PoleCon East 2026. With Masters Degrees in Public Policy and Business and extensive experience in disaster management and hurricane response, she is passionate about teaching disabled and transitioning veterans, and recognizes that pole is an inherently dangerous sport. While injuries should be prevented and safely recovered from, disabilities are not necessarily a barrier to aerial endeavors if safely taught, and represent a fantastic student population.
Starting Tuesday September 29th Rebecca will be starting! She will be taking over High beginner/Pole 1 & we will be adding a pole 101 class after for those newbies that need a later class time!. Rebecca is very skilled in breaking things down and helping you achieve goals you didn’t think were possible. I’m so excited for y’all to soak in all the knowledge she brings. Check out her classes starting at the end of September!
