Well Everyone, the 22nd annual Thompson Engineering fishing rodeo is quickly approaching! It is scheduled for May 31 & June 1, 2024. Its an opportunity to have some fun with some awesome people and compete for cash and bragging rights!!

A little bit back, I picked up a couple Line Cutterz, LLC. Zipper pulls. Since then, I've played with them and tested them out. I put one on a cable retracter and wear it on a belt loop. This is my favorite setup. Its handy, yet out of the way. Used it on several kayak and boat trips. It cut braid that pliers were having difficultly cutting. Ill never go without one.

Preparations are now complete for the 2019 MS alligator season. We will be applying for tags as soon as the system allows.

THESE RODS ARE WICKED!

I am now the proud owner of 2 new custom Parker Poles gator rods! They can also be used for other fishing activities! Cant wait to slime them on the snapper grounds tomorrow!

They are paired with Penn Reels Conflict II 5000s that are spooled with SeaKnight W8 (8 strand) black 50 # braid!
