Fit Life Training Personal training, small group training and Tabata Bootcamp trainer. Provide fitness training for women and men of all ages and abilities.

TABATA BOOTCAMP 8 weeks of High Intensity Interval Training. Bootcamps are 3 x/week for 45 min. All results are measured and include website nutritional support. Limit of 10 per group to provide more personal training interaction between trainer and Bootcampers!

Ok Friends, 2017 is just around the corner and my Fit Life Bootcamp is ready to start on year 3!!!
We start January 3 - Feb. 28. Two options: MWF 5:30-6:15am or TTh 6-6:45pm and Sun 4pm.
That's 3x/week or $240!
A few other options are available, contact me for more information.
Think about it for yourself or maybe a friend that needs some motivation.

SIZZLIN' SUMMER round of Small Group Training....aka Tabata Bootcamp starting the week of July 5- August 29. You can get in on this great workout coming at you THREE 3! Times at week for just 45 minutes. Bang! Totally body workout of strength and cardio to improve your fitness level.
You do not need to be experienced or in great shape already to join. Just some will and determination...we will help you with the motivation:)
Message me today if you are interested. Sessions are 8 weeks for $240. Choose MWF at 5:45am or TTh 6pm Sun 4pm.
