As we close the doors on Pulse Training, we want to take a moment to simply say... thank you.

Thank you to the coaches who brought the energy, encouragement, expertise, and passion that made every class special. You showed up day after day ready to challenge, support, and inspire others, and Pulse would not have been Pulse without you.

Thank you to the members who filled the room with sweat, determination, laughter, friendships, and an incredible sense of community. You trusted us with your fitness journeys, celebrated victories with us, pushed through challenges with us, and created an atmosphere that was truly one of a kind.

For two amazing years, Pulse was more than a workout studio. It was a place where people showed up for themselves and for each other.

While this chapter is coming to an end, the impact, memories, friendships, and habits built here will continue long after the final workout.

We are incredibly grateful to have been part of your journey, and please know that we will be cheering you on every step of the way as you continue pursuing your goals, building your strength, and living healthier lives.

To everyone who has been a part of Pulse—whether you took one class or hundreds—we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Please plan to join us at 5am, 6am, or 12pm for your workout tomorrow.
