We offer classes from snorkeling to divemaster certification and beyond. Who we are:
We are Montana's premier scuba & snorkeling instruction connection! Located in Billings, we take great pride in our instruction of snorkeling and scuba diving. Wes, decorated veteran, Kelly a lifelong educator, together they bring an exhilarating excitement to snorkel, scuba and travel. Their passion to certify st

udents is obvious in the pool, open water and life. We believe that families should do things together, and we strive to bring a Fun Family environment to everything we do. What We Do:
Currently Smith Family Scuva is the instructing team for MSU-Billings. We also perform individual, family and group lessons at a variety of certification levels. Youth classes start at age 8 with the Bubblemaker and SealTeam Scuba. Kids may become Junior Certified Open Water Divers as young as 10 years old! FFS&S also has classes for adults that range from Open Water Scuba, Advanced Open Water Diver, Rescue Diver, Master Scuba Diver, Dive Master, as well as specialty classes(contact us for dates, descriptions & costs). Where we go:
With the PADI certification that is earned or that you may already have, you can travel the world and dive just about anywhere! In fact, we travel to 1-2 dive sites per year for some salt and/or warm water journey. Check out our travel plans and contact us if you are considering a trip with us!

Wyatt and Riley joined their parents as Certified PADI SCUBA divers this week. Had a blast with the family and teaching the boys the dive. Always fun in the warm water at the Crater Dive Center in Heber City, UT. Looking forward to hearing about their family dive trip to Key Largo in March.

Saturday was a great day to dive in Montana. We collected a lot of underwater trash while making the Lake a better place for the fish and other water animals to enjoy.
Plus PADI has a new Dive Master after Greg completed his final test.

Plan to join us next summer for a few fun dives.

Looking for a fun and exciting dive trip to Hawaii in 2020. We have plans to hit the Hawaii North Shore to beach dive Sharks Cove, Firehouse, Three Tables then the West Shore at Electric Beach, and several others new locations Kelly and I dove this year. Watch for pricing and details to come. June 2020 Hawaii we come. We will also be offer the Advance class while we are there for $100. Can’t beat that price.
