Kas came to me after starting a GLP-1 and finally beginning to feel better overall… but also noticing something didn’t feel right in her body.

After years of dealing with endometriosis, Graves’ disease, and Hashimoto’s, she had been working really hard to feel good — and this was one piece of that journey for her.

But as the weight started to come off, she realized she was also losing strength she had worked hard to build.
So we shifted the focus — together.

Progressive strength training.
Fueling appropriately.
Dialing in protein and fiber.

We’re now slowly adding calories back in, maintaining her weight loss — and she has already added back almost 5 lbs of muscle in a short amount of time.

I will always support my clients in the choices they make for their health.

And Kas is a perfect example of what it looks like to take ownership, adjust, and keep moving forward in a way that supports your body long-term!

Most “plateaus” aren’t physical
They’re mental

You don’t get stuck because your body won’t change
You get stuck because your identity hasn’t changed

“I’m the girl who always overeats”
“I have no self-control”
“I’ll always be 5–20 lbs heavier than I want”

If that’s the story running in your head…
your actions will always match it

So nothing changes

The first step isn’t more restriction
It’s awareness

Catch the thoughts
Call them out
Then replace them

“I’m the girl who has self-control”
“I follow through on my goals”
“I do what I said I would do”

Because you will always act in alignment with who you believe you are

Change the identity → change the outcome

Have the perfect program.
The perfect nutrition plan.

But if you don’t actually want to do it, none of it matters.

Real change starts with a decision — and then showing up for it.

A coach can guide you, support you, and build the roadmap…
but you still have to walk it.
