Another reminder to tell everyone to stop eating like birds if they want to expect positive results. Wanted to showcase what my sister’s mother in law has been doing the last 12 weeks of reverse dieting! Down over 10lb, and also eating almost double of what she was, and finally not running all the time 😂 Jenn is in a great spot to either sit here and continue to enjoy the comfortable amount of food she’s eating (which didnt feel comfortable when she started) and continue to get stronger and recomposition, or go into a fat loss phase since she has enough calories to pull away now to be able to do so!
Getting into a consistent routine of resistance training progressively, having some form of food tracking (but also having leeway on things to enjoy life), and then seeing these changes as a new part of your life (the journey) instead of constantly seeking an “end goal” (the destination) is when you see these sort of changes happen.
Stop being in a rush to change big things like your body composition if you haven’t nailed down the little things like being consistent with your food, your gym progressions, your mindset, etc. Anyone can charge you $1k+ for a 10-week word doc program telling you to eat less/move more, but are you even in a position that those will even help you right now? Your body doesn’t want to live off of spinach leaves and detox cleanses, so stop treating it like does!
Very happy with my girl Jenn here and getting to know her more through this process since she deals with all the time now!
