Shout out to our Spring Into Summer Challenge winners!

The objective was, throughout six weeks, to look for positive trends in Skeletal Muscle Mass Gain or Percent Body Fat loss.

Trudi walked away with $250, she gained 2.7 lbs of muscle and lost 3.3% body fat🤯

Holly entered the challenge coming back from a procedure and took second with $100. 2.4 lbs of muscle gained and 3.4% body fat loss🔥

Darby, took third with $50. 3.5% body fat loss and 0.2 lbs of muscle gain. Love you mom!💪

So unbelievably proud of these three and all those who partook. These challenges are a challenge for a reason. It’s a test to be honorable to yourself and to create new healthy lifestyle habits and routines that can go past six weeks. We have built something special here at Alloy, and that’s not possible without the people we have. Here is to more success and amazing accomplishments 🙌💯
