Please have your hitch height and weight adjusted before getting to the scales, we will have hitch checkers for each height along with a few tools there to help.

Well we are 5 nights away from the big day! Track prep is underway, banners are up and flyers are passed out. Don’t miss out on the action this coming Friday night. Weigh starts as soon as you get there, and pulling will start at 6. If your running late let me know, we are shutting down entry at 5:45 to give the girls some time to get the classes sorted, and in order. We will have 2 sets of scales for a quicker weigh in process. Even classes will weigh in on one side and odds will weigh in on the other. I expect to have about 100 hooks, so let’s keep the lines moving by making sure we check our hitches before we load tractors so minimal adjustments are needed, and bring your tractor to the scale heavy so we aren’t running back to the trailer holding the line up. We will also weigh in according to class number. So if you’re in class 6 don’t be weighing in front of someone in class 5. You will receive tags with your draw number and your class number. It will be a 4 digit number. The first 2 numbers are your class number and the second 2 is your draw number. We will be using a random draw app to draw numbers. Please come prepared. Also we will be checking RPMS, on all of the governed classes. Please make sure you have reflective tape on the crank and it’s easily accessible. Our tech team will be at the end of the track checking. There will be a 50 rpm leeway. If your rpm’s can not be checked you will have to forfeit your placement

With that being said we are still in search of a few more places that would like to get there name out there and sponsor the pull. If you are interested please give me a shout and I’ll get you on the list.

The fair starts in the afternoon so come over and get some cotton candy or roasted almonds, or fresh kettle corn, lots of good food vendors from BBQ to home made ice cream, Inflatables for the kids and different games. Then at 6 we will start pulling garden tractors. With that being said please do me a favor and click the link and get pre registered, its not a pre payment just pre register!!

We are getting some responses from folks using the online pre-registration. Keep them coming folks I want to see upwards of 100 pre-registered tractors!!! the more the merrier. In the next few weeks we will be posting the official flyer. Please take a minute to look over the pinned posts to see what classes we will be having and the rules for those classes. If you have any questions please reach out to Robert Lear @ [email protected], or (417) 839-9984. This years proceeds will be going back to the community. 100% of entry fees will be going to the local volunteer fire department and to the FFA. Come out and help support the fire department and FFA and enjoy some fair food along with some garden tractor pulling.
