BBK Fitness and Nutrition I offer both virtual and in-personal training, outdoor bootcamp classes and nutritional coaching. Boot camp is designed to get you in shape fast!

My goal is to provide you with a maximum calorie burning workout in a short amount of time through HITT training. The workouts include muscular strength, agility and endurance training. Personal Training:
A specific workout plan designed to meet your fitness goals as well as monthly body fat testing and body measurements. I will keep a log of each individual workout, performance and progress. Contact me for small group and personal training packages
