The Endurance Team had the awesome opportunity to do Swim Across America, Waterman’s Triathlon, and a GoRuck. We had so much fun and can’t wait for this semester.

We also can’t wait for tryouts next week and to welcome new people onto the team!

Favorite Endurance Team race: White Lake Half Ironman... it’s basically in his backyard, can you blame him?? Peter’s favorite Endurance Team memory is a tie between watching his three teammates interact (yell at eachother) 14 hours into the NYC 50 Mile GoRuck and hanging out with teammates between loops during the Dogwood 24 Hour Relay!

The Endurance Team is made up of some pretty incredible people. For the next few weeks, I’d like to introduce them with a little something I like to call Teammate Tuesday! Every Tuesday, I’ll post about a new Endurance Team member so you can learn a little more about them!

A couple weekends ago the Endurance Team embarked on an adventure a little different than what we’ve done in the past...This semester’s focus race was a two day trek through Pennsylvania forests in which participants found various way points by only using maps and a compass. As for all Endurance Team races, this one was challenging both physically and mentally. However, the views made up for just about everything!

The Endurance Team has made it somewhat of a tradition to attend the Half Ironman in White Lake, North Carolina. This year was the third time we've attended and we don't plan on stopping anytime soon! The triathlon consists of 1.2 miles of swimming, 56 miles of biking, and 13.1 miles of running. This race definitely test both your mental and physical strength, which makes it perfect for the E-Team!
