“The heart is the door through which one enters the presence of God.”
— Hazrat Inayat Khan 🤍

Heart-opening asanas invite us to soften what we so often protect.

As the chest expands and the breath deepens, we create space not only in the physical body, but within ourselves. Space for vulnerability. For compassion. For connection. For love.

May our practice teach us that an open heart is not a weakness, but a doorway. 🌿

Come practice with us. Arrive exactly as you are, breathe deeply, move gently, and give your heart a little more room to open. 🤍

Sangha: a spiritual community united by shared practice, learning, and the pursuit of deeper understanding.

There is something sacred about practicing alongside others.

We may each arrive on the mat carrying different stories, different struggles, and different reasons for being there. Yet for a little while, we breathe together. We move together. We sit in stillness together.

Over time, the people beside us become more than familiar faces in a yoga class. They become part of our spiritual family, companions walking their own paths while quietly supporting ours.

Community reminds us that the spiritual path was never meant to be walked entirely alone. We learn from one another, encourage one another, laugh together, sit together, and sometimes simply hold space for one another.

What a gift it is to have a place where we can practice, grow, question, connect, and simply belong.

We are deeply grateful for this little community and for every person who brings their presence to it. 🤍🙏🏼

The practice may be personal, but we don’t have to walk the path alone.

Gratitude invites us to recognize the Divine in everyday life—even on the studio balcony, where flowers bloom and sunlight offers its quiet warmth. 🌸☀️

Inspired by Yogananda’s teachings, we pause to notice the beauty before us and let appreciation become a simple, daily practice.

What are you grateful for today?

🌿 There is a quiet abundance that comes from living with an open heart.

When we offer our time, kindness, compassion, and presence without expectation, something within us expands. We begin to discover that giving is not simply an act of generosity, but a spiritual practice.

In the yogic tradition, Seva, or selfless service, reminds us that even the simplest acts can become offerings of love.

A meal prepared with care. A listening ear. A helping hand. A moment of genuine connection.

May we remember that the richness of life is found not only in what we receive, but in what we lovingly offer to one another. 🙏🏼

Give freely. Serve lovingly. Live with an open heart.

The restless mind is not a sign that we are failing—it is simply an invitation to return.

Through the study of Yoga of the Mystics®, we learn of the fifteen wild horses of the mind—each pulling our awareness toward distraction, desire, and the changing world around us.

Yoga asks us to gently gather these wandering forces and guide them home: to the breath, to the body, and to the quiet presence within.

The wild horses are not mastered through force, but through patience, steadiness, and compassionate practice. With time, their movements soften—and beneath the noise, we begin to recognize the peace that has always been there.

Keep returning. Keep practicing. The path itself is transforming you. 🙏🏽

Beyond effort, thought, and doing, there is stillness. And within that stillness, we may glimpse the Divine already dwelling within us. 🙏🏽

Sometimes, the most transformative moment is when we stop striving and become quiet enough to listen.
