Hack Squats are probably the best exercise for quad growth and I'm glad to finally have found a gym with one!

If you want to bias your quads for hypertrophy, do more of these than any other exercise.

One of my favorite bicep exercises is the Incline curl since it biases the stretched position more than any other lift.

I do a few sets with these with the last one to true failure, grouped with a basic curl to bias the contracted position, and I'm done.

3 of my 5 meals packed for the day. It's so much easier to stay consistent when you're prepared for the day.

I used to prep about 5 days worth of food at a time with my fridge filled with tupperware to save on time. Now that I'm a snob about how my meals taste, proteins are cooked in advance but meals are packaged each morning.

I'm currently accepting personal training clients either via online or in person training. Reach out to me if you're interested.

It's much easier to follow a meal plan when you put some effort into the food you're eating.

Tri tip smoked at 200 and then reverse seared to finish it up.

Trap Bar RDL's have been a staple in my posterior focused leg days. The main focus is to drive your glutes as far back as you can until you're no longer able to hinge at the hip.

The trap bar allows the load to be in a better and more secure position as compared to a straight bar where the load is in front of you.

As someone that has dealt with digestive issues in the past, I thought I would share my experience and what I've done to correct it.

To make an extremely long story short(er), I started experiencing digestive issues about 8ish years ago in the middle of my bodybuilding/powerlifting days. I don't know the true cause... it could've been the foods I was eating to bulk, which weren't clean and A LOT of garbage, or the amount of food that I was eating. Either way, I was more focused on the scale going up instead of the amount of quality tissue being gained.

Fast forward through the years and as my focus on my personal health improved, my digestive issues remained the same. I tried different diets, probiotics or other gut healthy supplements and it still didn't matter. It was messing with my sleep to where I battled insomnia consistently, which then crashed my immune system.

Last October I hired a nutrition coach to help out. We started out by eliminating a lot of foods that I was eating, controlling stress,, relaxed my training briefly to settle down inflammation in my body and added a series of digestive enzymes. I'm now at a point that I have zero issues. I hardly ever do but I'm able to eat a burger or sweets without issues, I sleep really well, and my bloodwork & blood pressure are great! I still have the same coach as we've moved on to bigger goals.

If you're experiencing any gas issues, rough bowel movements or hardly any at all... don't ignore it and get it addressed. Take a look at what you're eating and your lifestyle. If you want to look at supplements, I take Apple Cider Vinegar every morning plus a quality digestive enzyme & Betaine HCL with every meal.

I'm here to help if you have any basic questions. If it's too complex, I'll tell you to see a specialist lol.
