We are geared toward cardio fitness, weightlifting, bodybuilding, and powerlifting. Monthly Memberships, Extended Contracts, and Daily Passes offered

Competition at The Gym. Not a lot turned out, probably due to holidays and covid. We had a good time and they all did great, that's what really counts. Thanks John for bringing yours again this year.
