Course Update – Hole #13

Good morning, everyone,

Quick update regarding Hole #13. Yesterday our team at Lonesome Pine discovered an issue with one of our quick-connect irrigation fittings on the green. We have a plumber on-site making the necessary repairs. Until the evening or tomorrow, we'll need to keep Hole #13 closed while the work is being completed.

We know it's never ideal to have a hole closed, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we take care of it.

95th Annual Lonesome Pine Country Club Men’s Invitational ⛳️🏆

Registration is now open for one of Southwest Virginia’s most storied golf traditions.

For 95 years, golfers have gathered at Lonesome Pine Country Club to compete in a championship steeped in tradition, camaraderie, and competitive excellence. Abiding by USGA rules, the Men’s Invitational continues to attract players from across the region looking to test their game on one of Appalachia’s most scenic and challenging courses.

Date: July 18–19, 2026

Divisions:
🏆 Championship Flight
🏆 Senior Flight (50+)
🏆 Super Senior Flight (65+)
🏆 Regular Flights

Players will be paired within their selected division.

Entry Fees:
• LPCC Members: $110
• Non-Members: $145

The non-member entry includes a practice round during the week leading up to the tournament.

Whether you’re competing for the championship or simply enjoying a weekend of outstanding golf and fellowship, we invite you to become part of a tradition nearly a century in the making.

NFS Outing Increased Traffic Forecast
