It's time to take control of your pelvic floor health. Incontinence is NOT a normal part of aging, and it's something you don’t have to live with! It's preventable and treatable.

Pelvic floor dysfunction is the leading reason many women stop moving, affecting their freedom to travel, dance, enjoy sports, and stay active. It can also lead to falls and dehydration.

NEW OFFERING: Starting Strength! 💪

This 4-week, small group course is for adults who understand the importance of strength training but aren't sure where to begin.

Coach Pat VanGalen M.S., ACSM, CFSC, BRM (and more!) will guide you through mobility, posture, gait, and strength in a progressive, personalized approach. By the end of the course, you'll feel stronger and have a solid foundation on which you can continue to build.

Course Details:
🗓 Dates: April 15th - May 8th
⏰ When: Every Tuesday and Thursday
🕙 Time: 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM

The class is a $400 investment. If you decide to continue training with Moving Mountains after completing Starting Strength, you’ll receive a $50 credit per month toward your first two months of group classes or $100 toward personal training. This Saturday, 2/15, from 9:00-10:30 AM, join us for a free InBody scan and body composition lecture!

✨ will provide a complimentary InBody body composition assessment, measuring body fat, muscle mass, water, and more. Come hydrated for the most accurate results! You'll get a printed report, followed by a group discussion on how to interpret your results.

💡 Pat VanGalen, MS, will then share insights on why these numbers are relevant to our health and what to do if they need adjustment!

🔹 InBody scan = FREE

🔹 Lecture: $10 for Moving Mountains members | $15 for community members

We are excited to share our three part lecture series happening this spring! Lecture one details below!

Moving Mountains is teaming up with Healthy is Wellness to provide InBody - body composition assessments and scan interpretations! Pat VanGalen will follow with practical information on what these numbers mean and how to move the dial in the right direction!

From our speaker, Pat: "Let’s focus on muscle, an essential part of healthy aging. Having functional muscle mass helps us maintain strength, recover from life’s challenges, and enjoy activities like travel, sports, and hobbies. It gives us the freedom to stay active, work, and play. Join Pat for an insightful discussion on how muscle can help slow biological aging and support overall health. Maintaining muscle mass is key to preventing conditions like diabetes, obesity, and frailty, and plays a big role in staying strong and independent as we age.
