During his time in the AKS style he observed that the traditional karate was not enough. Something was missing when it came to self-defense. He did believe that the traditional karate was a great beginning to the martial arts. However, it didn't seem practical and was view to be slow in his eyes. - Mr. Ernest Lieb (8th Degree Black and 1973 Black Belt Hall of Famer)
- Mr. Tadashi Yamash*ta (8th degree Black in Okinawan Shorin-ryu. Co-Star in movie American Ninja and classified as Master of All Martial Arts Weapons)
-Mr. Chuck Norris (Well we all know who that is and who has been viewed as one of the best fighters in the world)
-Mr. John C.Y. Tsai (Master of Kung-Fu, Instructor to the first woman to win the gold metal in the Olympics for Martial Arts -Arlene Lamas)
Mr. Eric Reidinger has competed in over 300 tournaments since 1984. In 1990 he won the A.A.U. Championship in Muskegon winning over the National Champion. He competed in Tough Man Competitions to demonstrate that his system worked. He also has over 20 years of experience. Eric Reidinger
