Want to help make a difference in our young wrestlers lives? We are expanding our team and looking for coaches and parent volunteers to work alongside our youth program!
What we're looking for:
✅ Great attitude & willing to work with kids of all skill levels
✅ Wrestling experience (coaching experience is a plus!)
✅ Practice (3x/week) & Tournament (2x/month) support BUT any help is welcomed!

🔨 HAMMERS OF THE WEEK 🔨

These two earned it this week! 💪

They both worked hard from start to finish, listened, learned, and kept pushing themselves through every drill.

But earning the hammer isn’t just about working hard. It’s about learning how to become a hammer. 🔨

Keep showing up, keep learning, and keep bringing that attitude to the mat. Great work! 🦶➡️🤼‍♂️💪

🔨 HAMMER OF THE WEEK 🔨

Congratulations to Elijah for earning this week’s Hammer of the Week! 💪

This week’s practice wasn’t easy. We started by slowing things down to focus on perfect shot technique, then gradually built up the intensity with hard drilling before finishing with live wrestling.

Elijah spent the night training with Coach Matt Nelson, NCAA All-American, and never backed down from the challenge. He kept a great attitude, worked hard through every drill, and pushed himself from start to finish.

Champions aren’t built by taking the easy route, they’re built by embracing tough practices like this one.

Keep up the great work, Elijah! 🦶➡️🤼🔨

🔨 HAMMERS OF THE WEEK... well, the hammer was MIA, so we had to clean up with a mop instead. 😆

These two earned it by showing up, working hard, asking questions when they weren’t sure and bringing great attitudes. The hammer may have disappeared, but their effort definitely didn't!

Keep sweeping the competition, one practice at a time.
