As a result of moving the 50k event to Sunday, this year racers were afforded the chance to enter both the Susitna 100 and Little SU 50k, racing in them back to back for the first time. Spencer Martin commendably rose to the challenge, achieving this impressive feat in a remarkably tough year. Congratulations to Spencer on realizing the inaugural Double SU. Extraordinary effort!

Today, we managed to open up around 45-50 miles of the course, some of which had been untouched by traffic this year. The majority of our route today showed signs of receiving approximately a foot of fresh snow yesterday.
