Congratulations to Abe Nebo, Class of 2026, on winning the State Championship in the Long Jump at the Class AA Minnesota State Track and Field Championships this past weekend.

An amazing accomplishment to close out a very successful high school career.

Abe was also the runner-up in the triple jump where he had a distance of 46 Feet 4.25 Inches. This jump surpassed the former Class AA State Meet record!

Week 1 of summer in the books, and we are ramping things up in Week 2.

This week we will have our first team workout on Wednesday morning at 6:30 AM. We plan on being outside, so players should bring cleats and water bottles. We will move inside if the weather doesn’t cooperate - so bring gym shoes as well.

The work put in over these summer months will be our foundation for the 2026 Season! Win The Day!

A huge congratulations to our Class of 2026 seniors as they take the stage for graduation this evening!

Montana, St. Thomas, and UW-Lacrosse all stopped by campus for visits.

It’s another big week for Big Lake Football!

Our incoming 9th Grade player/parent meeting is this Wednesday at 5 PM in the Lecture Hall. We hope to see everyone there!

Also - this Friday is the deadline for registration High School players who plan on attending UMD Team Camp and St. John’s King of the Hill this summer.

By Friday, players must be registered online as well as have their $220 check turned in to Coach Shriver for UMD.
