Down another -1.5 pounds!!!

After 3 weeks I’m down 6.3lbs.!!!
Ok so couldn’t go live today at the studio for some reason.
It was a tough & crazy week only worked out 2 days this week😪 but still lost 1.4 pounds I’ll take it!

Got back on to take a screenshot for my photos of my weight and it said I weighed 211.4. So I had to check it two more times lol!
A loss of a little over 2lbs I’ll take it!!!!

No 5:30 class tonight due to such a beautiful day everyone is headed to the lake or camping!!!

The last two days have been pretty warm at least two ladies came out and ran the track with me great job Laura and Kathy.
I will be at the Houston High School track at 3:40 & 5:30 if anybody wants to come run it is great weather today nice and cloudy and a little cool!
