🎣🏆 Congratulations to our High School Team of the Year! 🏆🎣

What a season it was for Cody and Caleb Anderson! These two put together an incredible year, finishing 29th in the Team of the Year standings and showing they belong among the best young anglers out there. 👏🎣

Some of the highlights from their season included a Top 10 finish at the Regional event, along with two additional Top 50 finishes throughout the season.

They saved one of their best performances for the TOC, bringing home a 7th-place finish and a check! 💰🏆 That’s an accomplishment they can be extremely proud of!

Cody and Caleb also represented our team at the State Team Event, helping our team secure an impressive 10th-place finish. 💪🎣

A huge thank you to their boat captain, Jason Anderson, for all the time, support, and dedication he put into helping these young anglers have a successful season! 🚤👏

Congratulations Cody and Caleb on an outstanding season! We’re proud of everything you accomplished this year and excited to see what the future holds for this team. Keep chasing those fish and making memories! 🎣🏆

🎣🏆 Congratulations to our Junior Team of the Year! 🏆🎣

What an incredible season for Bridget Morris and Aria Staehnke! They put together a fantastic year, finishing 41st in the Team of the Year standings and earning their spot in the TOC with an impressive 10th-place finish at the Bay Lake Tournament!

They took on the TOC and finished the season strong with an 18th-place finish against some great competition. 👏🎣

A huge shoutout also goes to their boat captain, Justin Morris, for all the time, support, and guidance he put in to help these young anglers along the way! 🚤👏

Bridget and Aria, congratulations on an amazing season! This is just the beginning of your journey, and we can't wait to see where it takes you. Keep learning, keep fishing, and keep chasing those fish! 🎣💪

🏆 SATT Team State Recap 🏆

Congratulations to all 3 of our teams for representing us at the SATT Team State event on Pelican Lake! 🎣

There were 26 schools competing for the state title, and our teams put together a great showing against some tough competition. Our teams were able to bring in an impressive 45.84 lb bag, good enough for 10th place overall! 👏🔥

We couldn't be more proud of the effort, sportsmanship, and teamwork our anglers showed throughout the event. A huge congratulations to all of our students and coaches for an awesome finish!

Tomorrow is the big day! 26 SATT school teams will be competing on beautiful Pelican Lake in Orr, MN, for the SATT State Team Title! 💙

These teams have worked hard all season, and tomorrow they’ll put it all on the line as they compete for their school and the chance to be crowned SATT State Team Champions!

👏 Good luck to all 26 teams! Fish hard, have fun, represent your schools with pride, and make some great memories out on the water!

Thank You — 3rd Annual Veterans Tournament 🎣🇺🇸

What an incredible day for the 3rd Annual Veterans Tournament! We want to take a moment to thank everyone who helped make this event such a success.

A very special thank you to Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Big Lake for their continued support and for helping bring our Veterans and student anglers together for a day on the water. This event simply would not be possible without the people and organizations that believe in what it represents.

We also want to give a HUGE shout-out to all of our boat captains. Several captains jumped in when we found ourselves in need, and your willingness to step up and make sure every Veteran and student had a boat made a tremendous difference. We truly appreciate you!

To our Veteran anglers — thank you for spending your Sunday with us and for allowing our student anglers to share the boat, the lake, and the experience with you. It is an honor to have you participate.

And to our student anglers — thank you for showing up, getting on the water, and making the day special. Watching the conversations, teamwork, and friendships develop throughout the tournament is exactly what makes this event so meaningful.

This has become a great event that so many people look forward to each year, and that is because of all of you who continue to support it.

🚨 **Urgent: We Need 3 More Boat Captains for the Veterans Tournament This Sunday (8/16)!** 🚨

The Big Lake Bass Team needs your help.

Due to mechanical issues and other unforeseen circumstances, we are **3 boats short** for our Veterans Tournament this Sunday, **August 16**, and we're asking our fishing community to help us keep this special event on track.

**What's involved:**

* **Date:** Sunday, August 16
* **Location:** Lakeside Park, Big Lake
* **Arrival:** 6:00 AM
* **Fishing:** 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
* **Your boat will have:** You (Boat Captain), one student, and one veteran.

This is an incredible opportunity to help honor our veterans while giving a student a memorable day on the water.
