Hi all!! After meeting with my business coach, she said "Lisa, you need to compile all your resources to just 2 or 3 places that you post, add value and where people can find you!"

Makes sense, right? D'uh!!

Believe it or not, over the years I've managed to develop over 6 places where people can find my information! This not only creates a time management issue for me... but it also means that my audience isn't getting 100% of the value in any one place!

Well... you're requests have been heard LOUD 'n CLEAR!! You want AT HOME WORKOUTS!!
Here's one that's sure to get you moving and sweatin'!

Start by doing 30 jumping jacks, 20 squats & 10 push ups for 3 rounds. (that's your warm up, my friends)... Now, move on to the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) segment of your workout.
*Please be advised to work at your own capacity/fitness level.

Complete the following exercises in 20 sec. increments with 10 sec. rest in between for 8 rounds (20:10 x 8). Each circuit should take you a total of 4 minutes. You have 5 circuits here for a 20 minute BLAST!!

=> Squat Jumps (do not move to next exercise until you've completed eight 20 second rounds of squat jumps)

=> Tricep dips on bench (do not move to next exercise until you've completed eight 20 second rounds of tricep dips... starting to get how it works here? ;) )

=> Abdominal bicycles (same pattern as above)

=> Burpees (or push ups if you're not quite "there" yet)

=> Plank holds on forearms (last one!!)
