Due to today’s poor air quality, our outdoor pool is closed until further notice. The health and safety of our members and staff is our top priority.

We will continue to monitor the Air Quality Index throughout the day and will reassess conditions regularly. If it is safe to reopen, we will communicate any changes immediately.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope to welcome everyone back as soon as conditions improve.

Great news!

The Competition and Dive pools will be reopening today, Friday June 26th, at 11am. Our team was able to complete the necessary cleaning protocols ahead of schedule to allow our valued members to enjoy these amenities as quickly as possible.

Good Evening!

🚧 Competition Pool Closure Notice 🚧

We wanted to let everyone know that the Competition & Dive Pools at the David H. Madison Community Aquatics complex will be closed for approximately the next 5 days while we work through a necessary drain and clean process.

We understand this may be disappointing and appreciate your patience as we work to get the pool back open as quickly and safely as possible. Our team is actively addressing the issue, and we’ll provide updates as soon as we have a more definitive reopening timeline.

During this time, all other pool amenities will remain open and available for use unless otherwise communicated.

As a friendly reminder, glass containers of any kind are not permitted anywhere within the pool facility. This policy helps keep our guests and staff safe and prevents potential closures caused by broken glass incidents.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We will continue to keep the community informed and will share another update as soon as the pools are ready to reopen.

May 24-26: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
May 27-30: 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM (Wibit Day on May 30)
May 31 - Aug. 13: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Weekends),
11:30 AM - 8:30 PM (M-F)

Daily admission is for Bexley residents and guests of a resident or pool member. Memberships can still be purchased online at bexleyrec.com.

Upcoming Events:
Preschool Splash (May 27-29, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM):
Free for parents; $3 for non-member children under 5.

Adult Swim (May 27-29, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM):
Free for members; $3 for non-member guests.

Open Swim Wibit Days (Inflatable Obstacle Course for Ages 6+):
