This stud muffin here who’s smoking these squats is (Robbie)
Robbie, came to us in mid July, after his fiancé had been training here for a little while (more about Leah tomorrow).
He is a seriously busy dude, who often has overseas virtual meetings happening at all hours of the day (for example todays meeting was at 4am).
Since starting in Mid July, Robbie has lost more than 25lbs, gotten significantly stronger, and put on some serious muscle…. Oh yeah, he also lost 2in on his waist line.
How’d he do it?
Planning a training program based on what actually will work for him, executing on that plan consistently, and having people to help him stay accountable.
Keep kicking butt Robbie! You’re crushing it!
