We have a very family friendly atmosphere along with different martial arts disciplines for children as well as adults.For the children we have Youth Kajukenpo which blends the quick hands of American Kenpo Karate,The ground survival and joint locking of jiujitsu,and the empty hand and weaponry of Kali making it a reality based self-defense system created by Master Deane Wagner.If your child is li

kes the sport aspect of karate we offer a competition team class where they will hone their skills and be able to compete in tournament events such as Kumite,Kata,weapons kata,grappling and board breaking just to name a few. For the adults we offer Tae Kwon Do and Hwa Rang Hapkido in which you will learn the in and outs of effective striking and blocking,ground fighting,throws and takedowns,coupled with joint manipulation.Not to mention it's a great cardio workout in addition to being one of the foremost disciplines for self-defense.For those looking strictly for cardio we offer a Zumba fitness class for all levels.
