Between school drop-offs, work schedules, and everything else life throws at you, it’s easy to think you’re too busy to take care of yourself.

But progress often looks like this — moms showing up, sometimes with kids in tow, squeezing in a workout between the rest of real life.

It’s not perfect. It’s not always convenient.
But it works.
