MIHS Hockey 2020 ReState Tournament

4/15/25 Update

We’ve continued to receive many ‘interest form’ submissions and messages from players, coaches, parents, and fans. We need to confirm if the event will be happening by the end of April.

We have ice reserved @ the Trenton Kennedy Recreation Center for two weekends in July...July: July 11th-13th and July 18th-20th.

We realize Trenton would require far travel for some players/teams, but we have the relationships/resources to make this happen there. Plus, there aren't many rink options with multiple ice surfaces and summer availability.

What's next?

- Complete the updated "Interest Form #2" with the preferred dates
- Spread the word to all players, coaches, parents, fans, etc
- Follow on social media(Facebook, Instagram, X) and share our posts

Here’s a tentative schedule for the possible tournament on July 12th-13th @ Trenton Kennedy Recreation Center. This format includes the original semi-final matchups and then final games and consolation games.

2/11/25 Update: It’s been 2 months since we first posted on social media on 12/8/24. We received 100+ ‘interest form’ submissions and messages from players, coaches, parents, and fans.

In order to properly prepare for this potential event, we need to narrow down a weekend. We are looking at 2 weekends in July: July 11th-13th and July 18th-20th.
