This Week at Woodside (6/6/25)
The weather is looking better and things are heating up at Woodside! Thank you for your continued patience as we keep working to get the pool running smoothly and everything else in good shape for the new season. Please inform Nolan, Peyton, Delphine or Ava, or anyone on the staff, if anything needs attention or if anything has been missed.
Hours For Weekend of 6/6 – 6/8
Friday – Pool Closed for Swim Team Time Trials (Tennis Courts Open)
Saturday – 12pm-9pm

Important Rules Reminder
No Floatation devices in the pool
No Diapers in the pool
No Eating on the Pool Deck
No Glass on the Pool Deck
Families are limited to 8 guests without approval
Members are responsible for the behavior or their children and guests
Prepaid Guests and Concessions
There are no refunds on Prepaid Guests and Concessions. All unused guest passes and concession credits will roll over to the 2026 season. If you resign, any credits or guest passes will not be refunded.

We still have many Woodside families that have not updated their accounts; please try to get those updated/set up before coming to the club.
Also, please get on Remind 101 to get club updates. If we close the pool we will send out a message to notify everyone. No need to call the clubhouse.

Ensure your contact information is correct and includes an email address and phone number.

New Members
Make sure to let the front desk clerk know that you are new this season. They should have the paperwork available for you behind the desk. Also please let the manager on duty know this is your first time at the club, so they can give you a rundown of the club and its basic rules.

Swim Team ([email protected])
Our 2025 season is off to a great start! The team will practice for one more week in the evening and then transition to morning practices on June 15. The club will be closed on Friday, June 6 for Time Trials, however, there is no swim practice in the afternoon on Friday, June 12.
Looking Ahead
Woodside hours will be adjusted on the following dates for swim team events. Remember, Woodside members have reciprocity at the opposing team’s club during dual meets.
Friday, June 6 – Club closed for Time Trials
Monday, June 16 – early closing @ 2 PM (reciprocity at Cranbrook Swim Club)
Monday, June 23 – early closing @ 2 PM (reciprocity at Farmington Glen)
Saturday, June 28 – late opening (club will send an alert when open, Est. 5 PM) (reciprocity TBD)
Thursday, July 10 – early closing @ 2 PM (reciprocity at Beachwood)
Thursday, July 17 – Pavillion reserved for team event, pool will be open
Sunday, July 27 – early closing @ 3PM

Parking
As the weather gets nicer the parking lot will be getting more crowded. If the parking lot is full please pull in and drop off your family out front. After dropping the family safely, please drive across 13 Mile Rd to Country Day to park. Please be careful when crossing the street. We will try to notify the police in these situations so they can help families get across safely. DO NOT park on 13 Mile or the neighboring streets. You will be towed.
