As online profiling gets exponentially more sophisticated with the use of AI, we can't afford to assume that we're feeling something because it's true for us, rather than because we are being manipulated to feel that way.

I wrote a book with bite-sized chapters that I could have managed to read when I was sleep-deprived. And I broke up the text with fun sketches, because they help you to feel the meaning of the words.

There are a lot of great serious postpartum books out there, this book is not that. It's more like the voice of a friend saying "hey, I see what you're going through, I went through it too. You're not alone and you're doing great."

Take care of yourself new mom, it's all about good enough right now, not perfection. In fact, more relaxed mom is perfection, but however you're doing, you're an amazing mom. The perfect mom for your baby.

I wrote For a New Mom so that other mothers could hear all the things I wanted and needed to hear as a new mother in those early days. Exhausted, sore, figuring everything out, unsure - in need of love.

This book is my way of spreading a little love to some moms who need it.

Are there any disabilities or conditions that you have never seen in a picture book? Or when you've seen it it's done poorly or reinforce a stereotype by accident?

I would really love your insights because I'm writing an inclusive picture book and I am trying not to leave anyone out or misrepresent people.

My characters are about 7 years old so I'm trying to show conditions that would be apparent by then.

I really appreciate your help! My book is about body acceptance, it's going to be fun, positive, colorful and inclusive and show kids with and without disabilities accepting each other and playing together.

I hope that it is a great conversation starter for kids, like my first picture book ended up being, and that it will promote acceptance and safe spaces in classrooms, playgrounds and beyond.

We had so much fun at on friday! sA a little girl watching cartoons, I never imagined that I would get to go and see the place where it all happens. So a big thanks to Nickolodeon and to for making it happen.

And it's not old SpongeBob SquarePants and fun (although it is a very fun group, some would argue the class of '26 is the best group...) the conversations that we've had on leadership, community and values have been deeply impactful to me and my work.

I really appreciate being a part of this team! And I can't wait to share our class project with you when we unveil it soon. Watch this space!

Moving Stretch - an easy-to-read guide to boosting posture and flexibility. It's great for anyone who struggles to get their stretching done or who works at a desk.

For a New Mom - a sweet companion for new moms to lift them up and make them laugh. This book talks about some of the lesser-known aspects of new motherhood and makes a lovely gift for expecting and new moms.

Perfect: a Self-Love Adventure - a fun-filled picture book exploring self-love and resilience for young kids. Easy exercises help the reader learn to take care of themselves when life is hard. This is lovely gift for children 4-7, although some younger children enjoy it too.

Feeling Happy, Feeling Strong - a process for releasing stress. This book is short and sweet and is all about exercises you can use right away for releasing stress and anxiety. It's a good gift for anyone who experiences stress.
