Day One of The Work With Roxann🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

Thanks to Nikki Amini I was lucky enough to be able to secure my spot on this epic weekend event and deep dive into The Work🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I’ve been wanting to go deeper into Byron Katie’s work and now having the chance to do it in person since my first foray in 2020 I am feeling so blessed🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The focus for the weekend is Not Enough: Is It True? I’m so excited to get into this because after delivering thousands of coaching sessions over the last 8 years I have heard countless variations of the not good enough story and this weekend presents the opportunity to add a completely different approach to knocking it out of the park with my clients and myself whenever it shows up🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓

The level to which I work on myself is the level to which I can work with my clients so for me the work is ongoing and that excites me beyond measure🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣

I’m almost a decade into my career as a professional coach and things still aren’t perfect🫣🫣🫣🫣

I have ideas about myself that I worship so I put them in the sacred untouchable box of “this is who I am” and I never question them. They are costing me everything I’ve always wanted🥵🥵🥵🥵

On Tuesday this week my coach helped me see the ways I’ve been coveting my safety net of “this is who I am” so I can fall whenever I want. If anytime I fall I know the net is there when will I ever grow wings?🧐🧐🧐🧐

I get tired of climbing and falling but assume there’s no other way. I create massive success and then I fall into old ways of being for example procrastinating. I thought “this is just who I am” and it’s not true🤯🤯🤯🤯

The net is being cast aside and my wings are starting to sprout. Today I was in the gym at 6am, I didn’t choose to go - my wings took me🥰🥰🥰🥰

This is the start of something enormous and I cannot wait to see what unfolds. Thank you coach!🥳🥳🥳🥳

What a weekend, what a life!🥳🥳🥳🥳

The LAMRON intensive September 2023 was incredible I cannot believe how much fun I’m having while I do what I love with people I love🥰🥰🥰🥰

The quality of these events is reflected in the people in the room and we had an all-star cast - thank you for bringing the heat everyone!🥳🥳🥳🥳

I’m looking forward to seeing a lot of you again in March 🤓🤓🤓🤓

LAMRON is my life’s work, it’s 31 years of preparation that goes into 3 months of runway and 3 days of blast off and landing. The most powerful transformations in my own life and business are engrained into the intensive and that’s why I am feeling called to raise the bar each time💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

I have dreamed about hosting incredible in person transformational programs but never pulled the trigger because I was scared I wasn’t “ready”😭😭😭😭

I have been studying the Quran recently and a line really jumped out at me - Allah has designed everything perfectly. When I saw this it made me reflect on how my journey has no mistakes in it and how each of my most testing times are making the work that comes through me potent🥰🥰🥰🥰

I was talking with someone recently about the ways they can show up to investments they make in themselves. In my mind I am in control of the return on investment because I choose the way I show up. I am responsible.

I can choose to show up to the course or coach from the place of hearing everything as information which will usually result in “these are good ideas but how do I use them?” Or “I feel great but now what?”

I could also try the “see how it goes" approach, which results in me trying out some of the things the coach or course has taught me but without a commitment. This could look like sticking to agreed actions for a brief period of time (under 3 months) before deciding “I’m not that kind of person” or “this doesn’t work for me” and then quitting.

Another way to show up to these investments I make is the same way I would show up to the gym if I wanted to become stronger. I know it’s going to take a while to go from deadlifting the 40kg to the 120kg - so let’s take it slow and steady. Let’s make week to week adjustments and eat according to the results I want.

The strength goal will not be achieved through the tangible actions of lifting and eating alone - there are also the intangibles to consider. How much rest am I getting? Am I keeping it fun by making it a game? Am I making it mean something about me if I don’t progress?

I embed all of these learnings into my LAMRON intensives so that they’re not merely informational or motivational weekends. They are transformational in nature because of the way we show up to them as a team!

What is the in and how can you be a part of it?🤓

I met Allison at the hotel I’m staying in here in which is close to the . Allison had just spent the better part of a week there taking part in a course and the festival🥳🥳🥳

When we met she shared her experiences with us and we shared why we’re together. She was intrigued and we talked about the miracles that have unfolded for us since reading The Ultimate Coach🥰🥰🥰🥰

Being the miracle in Mumbai for me means sharing the I’m experiencing in who I’m creating myself and others around me to be. That’s all, just . No convincing, no proving and no agenda. Sharing what’s unfolding in my experience of living and deeply enjoying the sharing☺️☺️☺️

Allison wants to be in the room on Saturday 25th at The Ultimate Experience India Edition because she’s seeing what could be for her if she attends. She’s rearranged her plans to make sure she can be with us and she’s started reading The Ultimate Coach🤓🤓🤓🤓

Being the miracle in Mumbai isn’t exclusive to this event, it’s a way of life and as I’m adopting it I’m seeing the world around me shift and change. Sharing the love and zest I have for living keeps coming back to me in amazing ways I never saw coming😅

I am so to Allison for me so much about the wonderment that awaits us on this path. She is really living into letting the unfold in front of her and following her wisdom💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

I’ve had such a hard time not in my head until I heard a funny turn of phrase. Someone said “I can’t quite wrap my head around that” and the other replied “good, heads aren’t meant to be wrapped around anything. That sounds like it would be bad for your neck.”🤣🤣🤣

I took this to mean that some things my wants to figure out just lead to me more stuck and since then - wow🤯🤯🤯🤯

Here’s an excerpt from an book I’m reading that sums this up delightfully. “To think of anything that has remained the same for ever and ever is incomprehensible to the mind. The mind knows only the world of . The mind knows only the , the . A life lived through the mind is a life of dreams. That is the meaning of the of .

It does not say anything about reality, it does not say is not real, it does not say that existence is a dream. It simply says that the way you look at it is , the way you look at it is so wavering, unstable, that your inner wavering gives you a world of flux, dreams.”

Reality is what’s real until we come along and paint all over it with our ideas, interpretations and opinions. Before all of that it was empty and has infinite potential for all of us. This is what’s really me from being in my head and helping me get deeper into my with my loved ones because I’m actually here instead of in the dream land in my head😅

It’s helped me with and my business massively too because I’m not stuck in my head with “what will this mean about me?” The answer to that question is always nothing because the mind-created meaning is always in the dream world🥳🥳🥳

There’s an overwhelming freedom that comes with this insight. There’s a freedom to really see the innocence in myself and others. A freedom to embrace living like never before and a freedom to love with an open hand. We come here empty handed and we leave empty handed so why not love openly and deeply? 🥰🥰🥰🥰
