We're ready to kick off the 2026 season at Pinecroft! ⛳

Saturday will be our opening day. The course is ready and we look foward to seeing everyone back out here.

Champion Hill opens for the season on Saturday, April 18th at 8:30 AM.

Early in the season, we’ll be open on good weather days only, so if the forecast looks questionable, please call ahead before coming out. Tee times can be booked by calling the pro shop at 231-882-9200.

Pinecroft will open on May 2nd.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back!

"Ice Off" Contest Winners!

Today is the first day that we could not see any ice on Crystal Lake from Pinecroft's deck. That does not mean there is not any ice on the lake, but we cannot see any from our deck.

We have 7 winners this year! Our winners are: John Gavin, Matthew Gross, Sara Porter, Josh Kaskinen, Norm Rosinski, Mildred McClain, and Kyle Mattson.

Each winner will receive a gift certificate for two 18-hole rounds with cart.

"Ice Off" Contest Update:

It’s starting to feel like spring! We can still see some ice hanging on out on Crystal Lake, but warmer temperatures this week are starting to break it up.

Colder temps and even a little snow are in the forecast later this week, so we’ll see how long the ice holds on! 👀❄️

Stay tuned—we’ll announce the official ice-off date and our winner(s) as soon as it happens!

Our "Ice Off" Contest has officially come to a close! A big thank you to everyone who participated this year . We loved seeing all of your guesses.

We’ll continue to keep you updated on the status of the ice and will announce our winner(s) as soon as we have an official “ice off” date.

Champion Hill will open for the season once we have consistent golfing weather, and Pinecroft is scheduled to open on Saturday, May 2.
