I am not a “natural athlete”. I don’t have “good genetics”. Where I am today is plain old hard work, dedication, and discipline. There is no crash diet, pill, tea, or protein shake that will get you results you want! You may lose weight quickly with a crash diet or other fads, but you will NEVER maintain your results unless you put in the work!

Let me help you get results! ✨3 month Transformation!
At the end of December I finally decided to get serious about some goals that I’ve had. I knew I needed accountability, so I hired a nutrition coach. Since December I’ve learned how to properly fuel my body to get the most out of my workouts! The picture on the left was at the end of December. The picture on the right was in March! 🙌🏼

Who else has a sweet tooth?! 🙋🏼‍♀️ I recently made peanut butter cauliflower oat bars. I was a bit leery because of the cauliflower. Wow I was wrong!! Find something you LOVE doing! Whether it’s dancing, running, spinning, weightlifting, or just taking your dog for a walk! For me it is lifting weights! It fuels that fire inside me, and I have totally fell in love with it! 🔥 What’s your favorite type of exercise?!

This little cutie and her sister who is too cool for pictures are my reasons WHY! I totally get it’s hard to find the motivation most days to put in the work. My girls are my biggest motivators. I want to teach them how to live a truly healthy lifestyle and how to respect and fuel their little bodies. I hear people say all the time..I’m too busy with the kids. I’m sorry to break it to you, but life never slows down! There is going to always be something else! You don’t find the time. If you want something that bad you’re going to MAKE the damn time! 👊🏼👏🏼 And those little ones will always be watching you lead by example 🫶🏼

M E A L P R E P ✨

I’ve tried SO many different ways for meal prepping. Just recently I’ve found what actually works best for me and my family. So what works for me not work for you. BUT, I’ll share what I’ve been doing 🙃

I buy grocery’s on the weekend. I try to make a list and stick to that list. I have every Monday off. When the girls go to school I start prepping for the entire week for all of us! I cook two different types of meat. My go to has been turkey meat balls, Buffalo chicken salad, and taco meat. All three of these are so versatile. You can eat on spaghetti squash, real noodles for those picky eaters, make a salad with the taco meat, put it on a tortilla or shell, or any of it in a pita! Then I try to make some kind of treats for the girls. I measure out all my fruits and veggies for lunch in mason jars. It might take some trial and error figuring out how much to make. Maybe for you it’s just a few days at a time!

There is just something aesthetically pleasing about mason jar meal prep. It’s also convenient on busy work days to grab and go! This salad has radishes, romaine lettuce, and cucumbers 😋 Then for protein I’ll add some taco meat that I prepped yesterday!
