Extra Bases Indoor Baseball & Softball facility

So as the seasons come and go, the number of alumni that are able to use our facility, grows, which is awesome, but we also want to make sure that we can control who is coming into our facility and using our facility pro bono so we are going to be implementing the following rules on alumni usage going forward

1. Alumni must have played with the Heat for at least 4 seasons
2. Alumni must be in high school or older
3. Alumni must be in good standing currently and when they left our program, ie the player or parents weren’t removed from the club for disciplinary reasons.

That really is it. Go Heat!

Upgrading the classroom aesthetics! Painted all the walls and removed old carpeting. Currently putting down new gym tiles to allow for pre-practice warm up space as well.

We wanted to get all the parents a heads up that effective immediately any parent player and coach entering Extra Bases baseball facility must have a mask. Also no more than 4 parents will be allowed in the parent lounge. If that isn’t adhered to, we will close the parent lounge. This is until the covid spike starts dropping

Dr Karl Stratman is present today doing a very important clinic to only QC Heat coaches solely on taking care of arms so they don’t get injured and rehabbing injured arms to get back in the game. Thank you Dr and for all that showed up. It was a great turnout.

The indoor facility got a new sign. We are anxiously waiting for the late fall and winter training season to get all the players ready for 2021!

Due to the Corona Virus, we are closing the indoor facility until April 3rd. We will re-evaluate April 1 to see if there needs to be an extension

Just a heads up the two heavy cages are stuck in their position. Please don’t tug on them, they won’t budge. We have a lift coming in Thursday to get fixed. They are sticking because kids are climbing them and breaking the rollers. Please don’t treat them like a jungle gym. Thank you
