Today’s Bible Study Truths:

1. You must exercise your faith much like your body! 2 Peter 1:5

2. We do not own our body; God does, so take care of it, spiritually, mentally, physically, & emotionally. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

3. There are many different Spiritual gifts or ways to serve the Lord. Don’t be afraid to venture out in different ways much like runners & walkers try different routes & surfaces. 1 Corinthians 12:4-6

4. Start small & build healthy habits physically & spiritually. Proverbs 22:6
