RHINO wrapped up the weekend with a 2-3 record and a tie for third place at the Summer Turf Fastpitch Bash in Bourbonnais. Great new fields and complex! The girls had a blast reuniting and excited for this summer season ! Congratulations to the Starved Rock Bandits on their championship win!

Congratulations to Emma Stover on her commitment to continue her academic and athletic career at Heartland Community College! 🥎❤️

Emma has been a huge bat in our lineup, but even more importantly, she’s been an incredible teammate, leader, and competitor. Her passion for the game has helped make our team better every single day.

We are so proud of you, Emma, and can’t wait to see all the amazing things you accomplish at the next level. Heartland is getting a great one! 💙

Happy Mother’s Day from RHINO Softball!

We wrapped up our winter season this weekend at the High School Warm Up Tournament in Bettendorf, IA with more late night game times and amazing memories!

The team battled hard in pool play, tying both games 0-0 and 1-1, earning the #9 seed. The grit didn’t stop there — after extra innings drama, they pulled out an exciting 8-7 win in their first bracket game!
Game three had them going head-to-head with the #1 seed, fighting every inning before falling 2-6.
The fourth and final game of the evening was an absolute nail-biter — clutch hits, big defensive plays, and nonstop energy — but they came up just short 6-7.
So proud of the fight, resilience, and heart this team showed all night long. 💪

Thank you to our subs that traveled to help us this weekend! You were absolutely amazing!
