If you laid a brick today it wouldn’t matter. But what if you laid two tomorrow, three the next day, four the day after that and continued you this for an entire month? You’re making progress…

But a year? 2 years? 10 years? You’d have an entire house and then some!

Compound Interest is a common term in finance but rarely used in Fitness—although it’s just as important.

No single workout, meal, or solid night sleep is going to help you build muscle or lose fat.

Rather it’s is the compounding of these simple everyday task done over and over again for weeks, months, and years at a time.

I’ve been working out hard and lifting consistently for 10+ years….Below are 3 simple task that I work to achieve on a daily/weekly basis ā¬‡ļøā¬‡ļøā¬‡ļø

āœ…7-8 hours of sleep per night
āœ…Protein with every meal
āœ…5 workouts per week

Am I perfect? No (I got 5 hours of sleep last night🫠) but I know if consistently accomplish these I’ll always be headed in the right direction.

I get asked all the time what the best workout routine/training split is all the time. And my answer remains the same…

The one that allows you to train hard, enjoy it, and stay consistent!

Yes, we can argue for days about how some splits may be better than others for building muscle or gaining strength. But the fact remains that if you don’t train hard and stay consistent for months and years at a time-it probably doesn’t matter.

So find a workout routine you truly enjoy and stick with it!

I’ve been training hard for 10+ years….If there’s only one thing I could tell you about your fitness journey it would be to stay consistent.

Define your goals, find a program you actually enjoy, and stick with it.

Do this and results are inevitable.
