💙 A Quick Note for Our Academy Families 💙

When we share videos and create private chat groups, there’s a purpose behind it all effective communication and real development. We know many clubs don’t offer fast, clear, consistent communication, and that’s something we’re proud to provide. Our goal is simple: top level customer service for our families and real results for our players.

These tools allow us to:
📲 Answer parent questions quickly
🎥 Support players beyond the field
🧠 Build confident, disciplined, motivated athletes
🤝 Work together as a true team

We want to be transparent: engagement matters.
Reading messages, watching videos, and completing homework helps us create the structured environment needed for real development. Without that structure and teamwork, development doesn’t happen it just becomes “another team.”

Every family and player went through an interview process to join this academy. Our goal has never been to train the most players it’s to train the right players with the right families who are fully on board with our vision.

As we move forward, we will be closely monitoring engagement, as this helps guide decisions on who will be invited to continue training with us next year.

Please know this comes from a place of care. We want results not numbers. We want dedicated players, supportive parents, and a shared commitment to growth.

💭 Some things we hear often from parents throughout our training journey

“Why isn’t my player getting better?”
“They are timid on the field”
“They need more confidence”

At QCFA, we want to answer this honestly but with care and love

Soccer is a skill-based game, and improvement comes from time, repetition, and consistency. Many young players today are involved in a lot:

⚽ Soccer
🏀 Basketball
⚾ Baseball
🏐 Volleyball
🏈 Football

And with all of this they don’t have time to train at home

There’s nothing wrong with exploring multiple sports especially when players are young. That’s healthy.

But what we often see is that soccer doesn’t get enough attention. With focus split across many sports and trainers, players simply aren’t getting the reps needed to build confidence, comfort, and decision-making on the field.

Confident players don’t come from talent alone.
They come from touching the ball often, making mistakes, learning, and playing regularly.

Elite soccer players train and play every day. Soccer becomes part of their lifestyle not just something they do twice a week.

At some point, an important question needs to be answered:

❤️ Does your player truly love soccer?

Because players who love the game:
• Train on their own
• Want to improve
• Play without fear
• Get better faster

You don’t need to rush specialization.
You don’t need to force it.

But if soccer is the game they love, it needs time, attention, and commitment.

⚽ Progress follows priority.

And when players fall in love with the game, improvement always follows.
