What Works LLC whatworks delves into aspects of ones health by working with individuals and families through wellness coaching, personal & group training, and workshops.

Whatworks offers a variety of services: Personal 1:1 Training, Small group (2-4); Individual, Group and Family Wellness Program; Workshops; and Body Composition Analysis. Whatworks strives to ensure personalized training and development by understanding each individual's goals and needs.

We could not begin 2024 without some planks paired with pushups, and a variety of weighted exercises with our dumbbells.

By the end, bodies were fatigued, but smiles came through--- this group didn't need Jan 1 as their springboard to begin anew as they are all committed to their wellness. It has been and continues to be a lifestyle, so Jan 1, is a day they continue with the routine and practice. Kudos to all of you and for those who today have started a new goal. Stick with it until it is part of your lifestyle--not temporary, but firmly rooted in your being.

While our Zoom attendee is hard to see in the photo, Leslie's presence is prominently visible to all of us in the room and strongly felt.

Regular exercise is a great way to help with weight control. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. Your trainer will create the perfect schedule to meet your goals.

Class this morning included Dumbbells, TRX & body weight exercises. 4 sets of each exercise (for the most part), and a significant number of pushups sprinkled throughout.

Near the end, a little discussion of refueling post-workout which went a bit further with the importance of daily protein intake. Collectively we shared our go-to and suggestions to obtain a bit more.

TB12 is a staple for a few of us, along with eggs and salmon.

Way to get it done at 5:45am this morning - 30 min of SPIN & 30 Min of stretch is. Just perfect for a Friday!

Shoutout to this powerhouse of a human, athlete and friend on this special day! Happy Birthday, Ms. Terri!
T- Terror in the studio as she pushes and pulls weights!
E- Energetic with all she puts her mind to accomplish!
R- Real... As authentic as one can be!
R- Runner...She loves the feeling it brings during and after.
I- Inspirational in many ways though her commitment to her wellness is unwavering!

This couldn't be more evident today- her birthday. Many will make plans and forgo the workout, and for others, that works. For Terri- workouts =wellness!! I love this about Terri, though there is so much more to the beautiful human you are!
