Empowerment in action! ✨The Women’s Business Council Invest in Her Fund helps remove barriers by offering women access to our events at no cost AND uplifts students and young professionals in our community. Earlier this month, we were proud to host a self-defense class in collaboration with the Women's Club of Northampton Community College and Evan Robinson of 36E Fitness, LLC!

NCC students walked away with practical skills and confidence that they can use beyond the classroom.

Working out with my friend Deb. She's out here representing for all the 70+ ladies. Push-ups, Curls, Barbell Rows , Bench Press and Leg Raises all went down. Its like she said "when you're in the third chapter of life, you got to make sure you stay strong for that 4th and final chapter"
