Our stabilizer wheel kits will mount onto ANY traditional “diamond” shaped bicycle! That includes cruisers, mountain bikes, and commuter bikes as long as the bike has a 24-27 inch tire. The kits are not compatible with folding, electric, or recumbent bicycles.

Stable and Sturdy-great for our 12-year-old developmentally delayed daughter

“We purchased these wheels after we had tried for many many years to help our daughter learn to ride a two-wheeler independently. She has global developmental delays and struggles with balance and coordination/motor planning. She had nearly mastered balancing without training wheels, but had grown so much she needed a bigger bike. Once she had a bigger bike, we were back to square one with learning to balance, steer, pedal, brake, etc. Due to her size, it was getting harder for my to run alongside her to help stabilize her when needed, and, after a bad fall this summer (it literally took months for her scrapes to heal), she was DONE trying, and, truth be told, so was I. When I saw these wheels I realized this might be just what we needed to allow our sweet girl to ride her bike with us and actually enjoy it, focusing instead on steering and speed, rather than having to worry about balance. So far, so good! She has been out for several rides with us, and we're really happy with how well the wheels perform. It took my husband (super dad) a good solid hour or so to get them properly mounted on the bike.
