Congratulations to Northwest Explosion 13U Bollinger on an absolutely dominant run to the USA Softball Eastern Nationals 14B Championship!

🔥 9-0 in bracket play
🔥 70 runs scored
🔥 Only 11 runs allowed
🔥 Just 1.2 runs allowed per game

The Explosion brought the power at the plate and completely controlled the circle throughout the tournament. In the championship game, they defeated Unity 14U Stuckey, 5-1, to finish the job and avoid the dreaded “if” game!

Nine games. Nine wins. One championship.

Another great weekend of softball for these ladies. They battled the heat for 3 days and left as champions of the Let Freedom Ring Tournament at Adventure Sports in Jackson, NJ. It didn’t come easily, with one player working her way back from injury while another suffered one in the semifinal game. We all are hoping for a very speedy recovery for her. They never wavered and pushed through for each other. Throw in some floating Ks for our 2 pitchers who reached 100 Ks on the season. Congrats Reese and Bri on your accomplishment.
