Welcome to Kratos Gymnastics in Bethel, where we cultivate strength, agility, and grace for athletes of all skill levels. Our gymnastics center offers a professional and nurturing environment, featuring recreational classes, tumbling programs, and competitive programs from novice to the aspiring elite. Full Circle Moment ⭕️

First stop: Romania 🇷🇴✈️

This one is a full circle moment for us. Our love brought Romania and America together, and that’s how Kratos was born. Our gym blends the Romanian roots that shaped Coach Mihael with the American dream we built together.

Now we’re bringing a taste of Romania home with Bravo from The Passport Collection, Ashley x Moreau. It brings the best of both worlds together and honors the roots that made us, the same roots that gave Mihael the foundation to elevate our club.

As a young gymnast, I learned to live each day through the eyes of a dreamer. There was a mom at our gym who owned a leotard design company, and from that moment I dreamed of designing my own. Some dreams take time… and today, 30 years later, I’m so excited to share one of mine. ✈️

Introducing The Passport Collection, Ashley x Moreau.

This collection is about the courage to let your dreams take flight, the determination to set a destination in your head, and the discipline to get on the plane and fly non-stop until you get there.

Gymnastics connects us all around the world, so we’re traveling the globe. Romania, Italy, India and Aruba are just our first world tour. 🌍

We are here to celebrate the pursuit of crazy dreams. She didn’t land it yet, but she went for one of the rarest, most challenging acro series on beam in the WORLD.

About a year ago, before a prolonged pause, Coach Mihael C Anton 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💪🏼 introduced Sabina.Gymnastics2028 to standing full for the first time, first on the floor and then on the beam, as he had this pass in his head. Rather than respect the intent, and honor the learning process, we had fellow “professionals” make snide remarks, claiming that it was pointless for him to spot her on the beam. We hope they’re watching her now 😉

Too often it goes unrecognized that everyone starts a new skill as a novice, it takes repetition, dedication, patience, and discipline for it to transform into something of refined beauty. We feel it’s important to show the process, so young girls watching big skills can see the journey behind them and realize the girls they look up to are all beginners at something, just as they are.

One of the many characteristics we wish for our girls to take away from this sport is a balance between pride and humility, but this won’t happen without gentle guidance and constant reflection.

Sabina has already proven her “former self” wrong, and now it’s time for others who criticized and doubted her give a humble nod.

It’s the moments you show yourself that you can overcome that are the most rewarding 👏🏽 At 8 years old Alisha conquered her doubt that she could handspring step out layout step out by herself on beam and we are so proud. She stayed calm and determined until she landed, following every bit of advice we gave her.

She is determined to put in her routine by the end of the season and just the fact that she has set that goal makes us proud 🥹 Dream big little one ✨

Another episode of tried it on low beam & immediately brought it high beam and nailed it on the first try 💪🏽 Watching Sabina.Gymnastics2028 unlock her mind on beam has been so amazing. She has reached a point where she can now remain calm in the biggest challenges, breathe through the doubts, and focus, as coach Mihael C Anton 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💪🏼 constantly reminds her, on technique only.

This was her first attempt at a straight body layout and we are so proud of her for going for it. Onwards and upwards only 👸🏽

The journey doesn’t look the same for everyone, but the mindset we curate can be 💪🏽 Madison Ruehl is overcoming so much, including a spinal procedure, traveling across the country to be a member of our competitive team.

This season will be one of metamorphosis; she will work on the details, build strength, flexibility, technique, and most of all, belief in herself. Her hard work and trust in us as her coaches will all lead to her rise in the next season.

As we take time to strategically improve her back flexibility, Coach Mihael C Anton 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💪🏼 is proving to her that her circumstances don’t have to limit her skill difficulty, she just has to pivot, and do something tremendous which is outside the norm. Today’s introduction serves as a source of inspiration and we can’t wait for Maddie to discover how amazing she is!

For an October 1 routine, our magic 8 ball says 2027 National Beam Champion 🎱

We are so proud of Sabina.Gymnastics2028 for the mental fortitude she has gained. Meeting her two seasons ago she would panic over a sloppy back walkover back handspring step out and now look at that tumbling 💪🏽

This was her 3:3 routine today, her endurance is improving, her fluidity is growing, and best of all, her confidence is beaming *no pun intended*.

The most rewarding part of coaching isn’t the trophies or accolades, it’s being a part of the transformation.

Watching this young lady, now one of the most skilled level 9 beam workers in the Region, you may never imagine that just two seasons ago she came to us lacking skills, strength, and confidence. It may never cross your mind that she spent most of the past year out of training and in intensive therapy for a debilitating ED; because what you are witnessing now is something so astonishing, you would never imagine getting there while overcoming so much.

We are tremendously proud of Sabina.Gymnastics2028 for being a living example of what it means to overcome. She is proof that gymnastics can be a positive outlet for your worst emotions, when you practice in the correct environment.

Upon meeting her, and seeing her work ethic and desire, coach Mihael C Anton 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💪🏼 promised her that out of that struggling girl, he would help a strong, confident, girl emerge, giving her a chance at utilizing her elite potential which had gone overlooked.

This promise still stands today, and although she does not yet have the accolades or recognition of an elite gymnast, USA Gymnastics could surely use her as a spokesperson for what it means to prioritize your mental health and how gymnastics can be your motivation to overcome your most challenging battles.

Competing this season will mean more to her than maybe any of us can understand and we are so excited to be there cheering her on.
