Let’s sell you on BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUATS:

• Unilateral leg strength: Trains one leg at a time, helping correct muscle imbalances between left and right sides.

• Quadriceps, glutes, and hamstring development: Excellent for building size and strength in the quads (especially the front of the thigh), glutes, and stabilizing muscles.
