💕 We are so thankful for the members of the Western Pennsylvania High School Figure Skating Team for recently holding their 7th annual Skating Around the World event!

👏 The team raised over $1,400 this year, which brings them to a grand total of over $17,000 raised over the past seven years! The members of this talented team have been wonderful supporters of the Charity over the years.

⛸️ Sharon of Sharon's Skate Shop organizes the event each year. She explains, “This event is very special to me! It warms my heart to watch how much the skaters enjoy creating and preparing for their performances. There’s a purpose and motivation that’s like no other. Doing something nice for others is something I hope every person has an opportunity to experience. I feel so blessed and grateful for everyone’s support and participation”.

Thank you so much to everyone that has supported our charity events, and helping this wonderful charity continue their mission!

We are so grateful for the Western Pennsylvania High School Figure Skating Team for raising $2,396 during their Skating Around the World show. Since 2015, the team has held this event annually. To date, they have raised a total of $16,000 for RMHC! That means over the past 5 years they have provided 800 nights of rest to families with children seeking medical care at a nearby hospital. ⛸️♥️

The Western PA HSFS Team’s 4th Annual RMH Charity Ice Show, will be Sunday August 12th 2018, at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex, from 3-5. Pittsburgh Penguins Iceburgh, Raffles, Bake sale, Ice Show, and more! We hope you’re able to participate and join in the fun, while raising money for this very special charity!

Calling all students! Now that school is out for the summer, use your passions and free time for good and organize a P.O.P. for RMHC! Our P.O.P. (Projects of Passion) program allows you to have fun hosting your own fundraiser while supporting the families of RMHC Pittsburgh and Morgantown. It's easy to get started!

1. Pick your passion! Are you an avid biker, photographer, musician or baker? Pick whatever it is you like to do for fun! 👩‍🍳🎳⛹️‍♂️🎨

2. Coordinate a group to help with the project. Gather your friends and family to help you plan or support your event.

3. Have fun! Start raising money to help keep families with sick children together at RMHC of Pittsburgh and Morgantown.
