We have officially closed our Summer Cafe Hours out this week. We are now open Saturdays only which started this past Saturday by request. I will go back to educate and instruct students in nutrition and wellness along with food safety during the fall and spring semester. Special thanks to this student who I trained during both semesters, and got first hand experience with how to apply the workforce skills of "Hospitality", "Food Safety" and "Nutrition and Wellness".
