Our Mission is to offer a Christian atmosphere to help you and your family obtain the best physical shape possible. We will NOT have you doing dangerous movements as fast as possible. We WILL have you doing strength building exercises utilizing appropriate resistance at a pace that is challenging to you. The exercises will change, the resistance will change and the intensity will change as your ov

erall fitness level increases.

1st Family Member $135 monthly
2nd Family Member $90 monthly
Additional Family Members $75 monthly
One-on-on Training (45 min) $35 Session

We do not have contracts, just commitments. All of our membership options are month-to-month, with no long term contracts. We do, however, ask that you make a commitment to yourself to follow our training and lifestyle approach for at least three months in order to help you progress in your goals.
