We are a 24 hour health club proudly providing a fully equipped gym and tanning experience to the Gastonia, Dallas, Kings Mountain, and Bessemer City area of North Carolina. We offer free weights, cardio equipment, fitness classes, strength training machines, and personal or group training. If you are looking for a gym to make some serious gains you have found it. There is no intimidation in this

gym, only welcoming members. We treat each other respectfully and have a good time as well. There is never a long wait for a piece of equipment, and the staff is always willing to help out and give advice.
